Simone Pratola

Born in 2000 in L'Aquila, he works as a director and animator. In 2022 he graduated from CSC in Turin. His graduation film “La notte”, co-directed with Francesca Sofia Rosso and Martina Generali, won the Cristal for a Graduation Film at the 2023 Annecy Festival, as well as numerous awards and selections. With former colleagues in 2026 he forms the “Noctū Animation” collective with which he co-directed “Tribute to the King" for the new Viborg Museum. He worked on Bruno Bozzetto's “Sapiens?” and collaborates with Donato Sansone. For Studio Bozzetto he directed the SAC 2025 opening.

Francesca Sofia Rosso

Francesca Sofia works as an animator and background artist. Born in 1997 in Saluzzo, she became fascinated by the idea of creating watching her father and grandfather work as artisans. She moved to Florence, where she studied painting at the Academy of Fine Arts. After graduating, she moved to Turin, where she studied animation at the CSC. In 2022, she worked with her classmates Simone Pratola and Martina Generali on the graduation film La notte, winner of the Cristal for a graduation film at the Annecy Festival. She has collaborated with several Italian studios, including Maga Animation, Studio Ibrido and Doghead Animation.

Martina Generali

Born in Modena in 1997, she works as an animator. In 2019 she graduated at the Academy of Fine Arts in Florence. Then she graduated at the CSC in Turin, in 2022, creating, together with Francesca Sofia Rosso and Simone Pratola, the short film La notte, winner of the 2023 Cristal for a graduation film at the Annecy Festival. She worked for Studio Ibrido and currently works at Enanimation studio.
